1. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Effectively lead the electrical side of projects and manage the technical support to all the other departments on controls, instrumentation and electrical subjects, fulfilling the company targets in terms of technical performances and schedule.
2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively lead and manage projects on electrical ensuring that milestones are kept.

• Preparing material costing from customer and/or internal specifications and be able to liaise with customers and be willing to attend meetings and site surveys.
• Ensure the data exchange between other engineering groups and other ATH departments, especially with the field service organization and commercial teams.
• Responsible for technical matters regarding electrical switching materials, generators, transformers, cabling and instrumentation.

1. Objective of the position
Ensure effective support to the management of the Company in regards to maintaining and creating a safe, healthy and environmental friendly working environment in line with company policy in compliance with the ATH HSE system, Parent company compliance.
2. Primairy responsibilities:
- Provides support in the definition of the Safety, Health and Environmental policies, coordinating all activities of analysis, audit and consultancy; all above in accordance with the Company Quality System and the (inter)national rules and law.

- Implement and maintain the EHS Management System in accordance with the requirements of SSC, OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and other regulatory agencies and ensure compliance using appropriate change methodologies.
- Assist the departments in the assessment of safety issues, coordinating the root cause analysis and the identification and implementation of containment and corrective actions
- Keeps in contact with external Health Organization
- Assist the departments in the preparation of the documentation for the safety in the working site, supporting the personnel delegated on site as responsible of Safety
- Periodically control and monitor the prompt application of the safety procedures in the Repair Shop and at the working sites.

Product Quality Engineer
PRODUCT QUALITY ENGINEER

- Acts as a driving force to implement EHS and quality improvements.
- Assist in the development and update processes for both new and mature product lines in manufacturing and reconditioning, ensuring that a systematic quality approach is followed when possible to enact sustainable changes.
- Improve overall quality of supply to ATH customers.
- Review and approve content relevant to quality procedures and requirements for repair process plans, shop work Instructions, forms and router.

The Structural Engineer is responsible for the design analysis of heavy duty gas turbine components in order to validate the life of the design and or possible changes to the design on the applicable component(s).2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize finite element techniques to perform static, vibratory, and thermal analysis for both linear and nonlinear analyses
• Link thermal, mechanical and vibratory finite element solutions to produce life calculations, e.g. low cycle fatigue (LCF), high cycle fatigue (HCF), and thermomechanical fatigue (TMF) calculations
• Provide timely analytical solutions to evaluate mechanical configurations from a structural/lifing viewpoint.
